Gloria Kraft

Gloria Kraft age 66 of New Hampton died Thursday, July 3, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in New Hampton. Funeral services will be held 11:00a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at Hugeback Johnson Funeral Home – Olson Chapel in Nashua with Rev. Bill Nielsen presiding. Burial will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, Nashua with John Moore, Rod Cagley, Klinton Kraft, Brian Kraft, Troy Krumrey, and Gary High serving as pallbearers. Friends may greet the family an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Gloria Jean Kraft was born June 9, 1948, in Charles City, IA the daughter of George and Marian (Hansen) Kraft. She attended Nashua Schools and was a graduate of the Nashua High School in 1966. After graduation, Gloria studied at the University of Northern Iowa and later transferred to the University of Iowa. Gloria was a long term resident at The Heritage in New Hampton. She later moved to Linn Haven Rehab & Healthcare in New Hampton. Gloria enjoyed playing the piano, taking care of her animals, her pet raccoons, and drinking Diet Pepsi. Survivors include two brothers, Gary (Wanda) Kraft of Rockford, IA, Bob (Joann) Kraft of Nashua, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Kathryn Krumrey.
