I will miss Aunt Nora but the memories of her smile, the interest that she always had in the lives of others and the love and kindness she had for all of us, but especially for my dad will live forever. My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your dear loved one. May you find comfort and hope from the Bible promise at Isaiah 25:8 that in the near future God will eliminate forever, death and the sufferings that it brings. So draw close to God (Psalms 83:18) in prayers and lean on Him as you cope during this most difficult time.
Aunt Nora was always a favorite among my huge circle of relatives. Not only because Steve and I were classmates and buddies, but because Nora was filled with spunk – and and humor. I can still see her wry smile as she ‘gently’ picked on me and made me feel like one of the family. And she always was family. Being with Joe and Nora was like being home. She will be missed.
You have my sympathy. She was a sweet lady. Andrea Rademacher
I remember helping cousin Nora and Joe when their children were very young. We lived two miles down the road so I would ride the bike to their house. Heaven has gained a great lady. Barbara Polashek Heeren
Prayers to the family. I so much enjoyed my visits with Nora. I felt like we brought a little of Protivin to each other in Cedar Falls. She was always so appreciative of me coming to visit her. I will really miss her.

I was among the cousins that gathered at Grandma and Grandpa Zahasky’s home for holiday dinners. Nora was the aunt that enjoyed us kids and sometimes spent time with us rather than the adults. When we grew up she was always interested in our families and what we were all up to. Rest in Peace Sweet Nora. The Pat Zahasky Family, Georgetown TX.
