Gary, Richard, and all of Verdene’s family — My love, thoughts, and prayers are with all of you at this time. Verdene’s death marks the end of an era for me as she and I were the last two first cousins left on this branch of the family tree. We were not only cousins but good friends for 85+ years and I will miss corresponding with her and also our Iowa and family connection. Love and sympathy, Jo Ann
