Thomas R. Britt age 77 of New Hampton died Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Lawler, with Rev. Kyle Digmann celebrating the Mass. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may greet the family 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2017, at the Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home in New Hampton where there will be a 7:00 p.m. parish scripture service. Visitation continues an hour prior to the Mass at the church on Saturday.

Bernice, Connie, Butch and family, I am so sorry to hear about Tom today. He was a such gentle soul with the greatest smile! I have so many fond memories of him and will I know so many others do too. He was someone we admired and cared for. We will continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers! Memories of time spent with you all last a lifetime!

Bernice and family: Sorry to hear about Tom.Many fond memories growing up and spending time with you guys. You two were such good friends to Edgar and Betty. He will always be remembered for that smile of his. “Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day unseen and unheard, but always near, still loved and missed.” Love to all from Ron ,Phyllis and the Wurzer families.
Tom was a great man and always had a great joke lined uo for me! Was a great neighbor too! RIP Tom.. you will be missed..
