  1. Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks! Mike

  2. This is very interesting information here. I wish I had found this first before I signed up for the other one. This is much better!

  3. Your mom was truely a remarkable women. To me she was one of the ‘Lawler Founders’ , touched so many lives adn a role model for many. May her legacy live on in her children and grandchildren. Sorry for your loss.

  4. We are saddened by the news of your Mother’s death and wish that there were something that we could do to ease the pain that you now feel. It was so good to see you Daryl and Bonnie just days before your Mom’s passing, and we so clearly heard the warmth and affection that you intimated as you spoke of Teresa. Ironically enough, we ran into Leon a month or so ago, for the first time in many years, and what was he doing: helping and serving others in a volunteer capacity; but that shouldn’t suprise anyone – the acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree does it. The kindness of both your parents has been reflected in their kids, and that character and integrity will be evidenced in many generations to follow. You made them proud.

  5. Leon, Daryl, Lauren, Carlene, and Diane: My sincere sympathy to you all. It is hard to find one word to describe what a wonderful woman Teresa was. She was simply beautiful in mind and spirit. She always was so supportive of all her children’s friends and greeted you with a warm smile and touch when she saw you after so many years of being away from Lawler. She did not dedicate her life to only her own family, but to many other families as well. She will be missed but still loved in our hearts.

  6. My sincere sympathy to you and all the family on the loss of your mother. I am sorry I was unable to attend the wake on Sunday but I was out of town. Take care.

  7. Our thoughts and prayers are of and for a great lady. Peace to all the members of her family. Jim, Doris Galligan

  8. Teresa was the kind of person everyone should want to be like. She loved God, her family and the country she lived in. On the other hand, she also left you know what she did not like. What a sweet special person we have lost. My prayers are with you all, especially, my two special boys, and you know who you are.

  9. OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU AT THIS TIME GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU DAVE AND MARGE MAYO 1080 KELLY DR. NASHVILLE NORTH CAROLINA 27856

  10. Diane, Bonnie and all the family, Our sympathy to you at this time. Roger and Margo Pleggenkuhle

  11. Lauren, Linda and the Kuehner family, Our deepest sympathy on your loss. Please know your friends care about you and you are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless.

  12. Kuehner Family, Our deepest sympathy to all of you in the loss of your mother. You are in our thoughts and prayers. I lost my father on Wednesday–it is terribly hard but we also know they are in a much better place now. We have lots of angels looking down on us.

  13. To the family of Teresa; It is always hard when a loved one is lost. Her support to my family when my mom passed away will never be forgotten. Take care and be strong. May God bless all of you.

  14. We have lost a true Turkey Valley Ambassador. She was so proud to be a ‘Turkey Valley Friend of Education.’ God Bless and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers

  15. I will never forget her strong, comforting arms around me at the All-Souls mass after my mother passed away. It was a very difficult time for me and Teresa was such an unexpected comfort. I did not know her well but that one moment bound me to her for the rest of my life. Such a memorable woman! May God Bless her family and know that she is now in the arms of our Lord for eternity.

  16. I grew-up calling this wonderful lady Grandma Teresa along with many others. She was always a very strong and faithful women. I am sure she went to heaven on the wings of angels, happy to be with her beloved Carl again. May God’s light shine on all of you at this time of remembering what a beautiful person she truely was. All My Love~ Gail

  17. I have been playing through my mind my memories of Teresa this morning. Her love of God and her family, her dedication to her membership in Friends in Council Club and being a proud supporter of Turkey Valley stand out the most. I will treasure the memory of John Reicks announcing her 89th birthday at a basketball game in February and how she proudly stood up and waved as we gave her a round of applause. She was a great lady that we will truly miss. Jack & I extend our sympathy to her family.
