Guestbook

  1. One of Wilma’s friends sent the obituary to her last week and we were so sorry to hear of Ruby’s passing. She meant so much to all of our family, from being our neighbor years ago, to being the teacher to Vivian, and of course, being a very good friend over the years. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jean at this time. Her mother was such a special person.

  2. Not entirely sure you would remember me Jean, but i do you and your mom, mostly through my mom and my sister Kay. Im so very sorry for you loss~it is never easy to lose a parent. May guardian angels love, comfort and protect you and your entire family through this difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. Dear Jean, I wanted to send my sympathy to you in the loss of your mom. She was such a great teacher and a nice lady! I enjoyed her visits when I was clerk in the grocery store. Know she is safe with our Heavenly Father! God Bless! Sandy Hicok Miller

  4. Dear Jean, I’m sorry I was not able to extend my sympathy to you in person this evening. I enjoyed the year I spent in your mother’s fourth grade class. She helped to form so many of our young minds. In later years we shared many good conversations when we’d meet on the street. Please accept my sympathy in your loss. Cindy Gersema

  5. So very sorry for your loss. Mrs. Ferguson was my favorite teacher during my K-12 years in the Nashua school system. The fourth grade year was the best year I ever had in school.

  6. My prayers are with the family. Ruby was a great teacher. She was my teacher in elementary and I learned a lot from her. Catharine Van Dorn

  7. Jean: Sorry for your loss. Your mother was one of my best teachers. Her fourth grade for me and others was great fun and great learning. She was a truly great teacher to many.

  8. I did not have Ruby as teacher but my brother, Lin Drake did. I knew her from school and as a fellow teacher with my mother, Ruth Drake. I last saw her when visiting Gen Hanson in the same home in Waverly. She was always happy and enjoyed life! Peggy Drake
