Please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. This is one of the most difficult things we must face in our life. May it comfort you to know that others are deeply touched by your loss. God assures us at Psalms 3418 that he is near to those broken in heart and those crushed in spirit he saves. Jesus also promises that we will be able to see our loved ones again. Jesus own words found at John 528,29 tells us there will be a resurrection. What a wonderful hope! God says that soon on the earth there will be no more pain, suffering and especially death at Revelation 213-5 We anxiously await the day when we will no longer lose those we love. May these bible thoughts bring you comfort at this most difficult time.
Dear Joyce and family you have my deepest sympathy at this sad time. All of the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Had planned to attend the visitation but am snowed in and have a cold, I wish I could have been there with you. Richard was a smart and kind man, I always enjoyed our visits and being a neighbor to you all. Always remember the good times you two had together. I pray God will carry you through this time in His loving arms. Evelyn

Joyce and Family, I was shocked and saddened by Richards passing. I know his faith in the Lord Jesus certainly carried him and is supporting your family. His leaving must be so difficult for all of you. Joyce, your love for each other was inspirational. I will forever think of you as Richard and Joyce. I think of how he loved to share beautiful things with you. Everyone of those is a memory of love. Our prayers are for you to have that peace that passes understanding and guards your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, now in the times ahead. We are sorry for your loss. Mary
Sending lots of love and virtual hugs to Joyce and the whole family from Kansas City. I learned so much from Richard. When he hired me at Ameritec the summer after I graduated from high school, I saw how his strong work ethic had led to his successful leadership of the business. I was just an 18 year old girl but he would send me off to Waterloo in a pickup truck with an expensive part that needed to be delivered (that I loaded myself using a forklift he taught me to drive!). He trusted me to do jobs that were out of my comfort zone and I gained a lot of confidence in myself that summer. I will also treasure the moments I saw him with “Mom” and Jason, especially when he was being goofy or silly. I will never forget his monkey face! You all shared a love that is beautiful and rare and Im glad I got to witness that. Love you guys so much, thoughts and prayers are very much with you now and in the days ahead. Angie Dunn
