Randy James Stolka age 44 of Denver, CO, formerly of New Hampton, IA, died Sunday, May 27, 2018, at his home from an apparent heart attack.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, JUNE 3, 2018, at the Celtic on the Market, 1400 Market Street in Denver.
Interment will be at a time to be announced at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Hampton.
If so desired, memorials may be given to the Randy Stolka Memorial Fund C/O First Citizens Bank PO Box 429 New Hampton, IA, 50659. The funds will be used for his sons future educational expenses.
Randy J. Stolka was born June 7, 1973, in Oelwein, IA, the son of Cecelia Stolka. He received his education in New Hampton and was a 1991 graduate of the New Hampton High School. He attended UNI in Cedar Falls and Iowa State in Ames. A sense of adventure led him to Colorado. In August 2006, he married Kellee Tarum. To this union a son, Lucas Miles Stolka was born on October 7, 2004. The couple later divorced. Randy loved the entire outdoor experience living in Colorado. He enjoyed all the adventures with his son as well as Fantasy Football that he and Lucas were involved with. Randy had a passion for being with people and enjoyed working at many local restaurants, pubs and bars and most recently at the Celtic on Market.
He will be dearly missed by his son, Lucas Miles Stolka of Denver; parents, Cecelia & Glen Nosbisch of New Hampton, IA; sisters, Jill (Matt) Bryant of Bristol, TX, Jenny (Jason) Lenehan of Long Grove, IA; grandmother, Luella Stolka of Wadena, IA; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

So sorry to hear about Randy passing. He was the kind of guy you always wanted to be around. He had an amazing sense of humor. He will be missed!

Randy was a friend you could count on. I loved being neighbors with him in junior high in the duplex on Main Street. I am so sorry for your lost.
