Norma did what was necessary to take care of the farm and her family. Norma loved gardening and had large flower beds full of irises and roses. Also there was a large vegetable garden on the farm where she grew a variety of vegetables to feed the family. She enjoyed quilting, music, and crocheting baby blankets for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Norma enjoyed traveling with Maynard and would go on trips whenever it was possible. Norma valued her family, friends, and life on the farm.
