He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Mel, Clyde, Joe, Clinton and LaVern Patrie.
Levi was a great friend to my Aunt Arlene Brummond for many years living at the Chickasaw County Home, then named the Heritage Residence and later moving to the same Nursing Home. My memory of the happiest time Clinton, Levie and Arlene was when they got to take a trip to Disneyland. The pictures showed how very happy they were. They were like the three musketeers. We all could learn alot from Levi, Clinton and Arlene about how little it takes to make someone happy! He had a great smile and was someone who could make you smile! We remember Levi and his brother Clinton with fondness. They always had a smile and friendly conversation on their trips to the library with other Heritage residents. Also I would occasionally see them at UCC services up in front, turning and waving to friends there.
