Kay was a great lady and neighbor. Remember working with her on the annual soup supper for St. Fredericks’s Church for the first time when we moved to Fredericksburg in the late 70’s. Very kind and classy. You have our sincere sympathy. Nancy & Russell Wegner

I always enjoyed visiting with Kay at the Golf Course. My sympathies are with you at this difficult time.
