Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Hugs and prayers to Janis, Jerry and their families. She will be missed. Blessed by her memory. 🙂

  2. Please accept our sincere condolences. May the words quoted from this song bring you a measure of comfort as it did for us. If a man or woman should die, can they live again Hear the promise God has made He will call; The dead will answer. They shall live at his command. For he will have a longing For the work of his own hand. So have faith, and do not wonder, For our God can make us stand. And we shall live forever, As the work of his own hand (Job 1413-15)

  3. Thank you Janis for sharing your mother with us here in Ames. She was a wonderful woman full of smiles and love. Christine Weydert

  5. My deepest sympathy to you, Janis and Jerry, and families, also to Harry. June was a good neighbor and friend. 7. It has been a year now, Mom, and there still hasnt been a day that goes by without me thinking of you. My words feel inadequate to describe what a wonderful person you were. I learned everything I know about compassion, generosity, kindness and love from you. I also learned how to laugh at life for there are many seasons that humor sustains us. We shared so many laughs together, and so many tears together. We lived life together, and for that I am thankful. To have a better mother would have been impossible. Thank you, Mom. You are in my heart forever.

  8. Mom, I think of you every day, reliving our memories in my head. My eyes ache to see your smile; My ears ache to hear your laugh; My arms ache to feel your embrace, but I thank the Lord that your spirit is here with me every moment. I love you so, Mom, and I treasure our life together, a bond so strong it is not broken by the last breath. Love you, Tink
