We loved waiting on him here at the Farm Service Agency. I remember the last time he was in with his buddy Lyle, he told me the funniest joke about trying to get into Heaven….I am positive he had no trouble in that department, heaven was waiting for him! Loved his smile and personality!

Our sympathy to all of Herb’s family. I have known Herb all my life, really got to know him when working in grocery store, Lyle and Herb would come in and the fun would begin!! He and I always gave each other a hard time(in a fun way!) I had seen both of them this past june at Mercy Hospital lobby when Mom was there and I am so glad as we had a nice visit!! You could always count on a good laugh and visit with Herb! My Dad and him will be telling some tales in heaven for sure. God Blessings. Sandy (Hicok) & Jim Miller
