Donald Theodore King, age 47 of Lawler, Iowa died Wednesday November 5, 2008, at his home in Lawler.
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2009, at the Hugeback & Chenoweth Funeral Home, New Hampton, with Rev. Larry Chapin officiating. Friends may greet the family an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Donald Theodore King, was born August 3, 1961, in New Hampton, IA, the son of Donald J. and Bertha A. (Moellers) King. He was a 1981 graduate of the Fredericksburg High School and had been previously employed at the Heritage Residence in New Hampton, Featherlite in Nashua and most recently for Kurtenbach Farms.
Don is survived by his father, Donald (Myrna) King Sr. of New Hampton; five sisters, Diane (Craig) Roalfs of Osage, IA, Deb (Bernard) Dickman of Great Falls, MT, Paula (Larry) Taylor of Salina, KS, Dona King of Anchorage, AK and Lori King of Osage, IA; five brothers, Harold (Mary) King of Fredericksburg, IA, David King of New Hampton, Ronald (Deanna) King, Loves Park, IL, Darryl (Gina) King of Columbus Junction, IA and Michael (Lisa) King of Oskaloosa, IA.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha, in 1982.
