Memories Timeline

  1. To the Sabelka Family, I am sorry to hear of your dad’s passing and now Conrad’s. They were two very special people. I will always remember Conrad growing up as kids. He was a very special person, truley a gift of God. Hold on to the memories. Our prayers are with your family.

  2. I am so sorry to hear of Conrad’s passing. I worked at Heritage for many years in the 1990s and Conrad was one of my favorite clients. He enjoyed going on our weekend ‘adventures’ (as I called them) we went fishing, shopping, amusement parks, bowling and county fairs. I certainly enjoyed the times I spent with him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. After reading the notice that Verna had sent to us her fellow classmates on the passing of Conrad. I felt he truly was at peace with the world. Hold the memories of the past week deep in your hearts as he felt everyones love and support while you all were gathered together as a family. A favorite quote of mine….. ‘Love the people God gave you because He will need them back one day’ prayers to the entire Sabelka Family

  4. Verna, and family. it seems ironic, that a week ago i was sitting here writing in the guestbook for your father. now i’m writing for your brother. Conrad sounded like a very loving man with a great heart and love for family. again you have our deepest sympathy. God has something special in store for them both. Wayne & Lisa Gilster

  5. To the Sabelka family: Even though I only worked at the heritage for a short time…I was saddened to see that Conrad had passed away…he was a very likeable person for what I got to know of him. You and your family have my heartfelt sympathy at this trying time. May Conrad now find peace.

  6. We was sorry to hear about the passing of your loved one. Death may cast a shadow over you as you go about your daily life. Your love one’s death brings you face-to-face with the fact that they are gone too soon. While you call to mind the happy memories, you may also remember the enormity of the loss. But, ‘Do not let your hearts be troubled’. (John 14:27) May you find comfort as the ‘the last enemy’, death will be done away with. (1 Corinthians 15:25, 26). Let this time be a tribute to their wonderful life. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

  7. Verna and family, You have my Deepest Sympathy on the loss of your brother, brother Inlaw and Uncle. I know life right now seem to be a struggle with just losing you dad and grandfather and now brother and uncle, but God seems to carry us through all of lifes struggles and makes us a stonger human being and to have a better picture of life and how precious our time with family is. You are again in my prayers and thoughts. Lyn and Chris Bruns

  8. Sabelka Family, I was so sorry to hear about Conrad. This has been a difficult time for the Sabelka family. I am thinking of your family and my prayers are with you during this time. May you find comfort knowing that Conrad is with your parents and grandparents now.

  9. So sorry for your loss. Conrad was a delight to know. Very inspiring man whom very much loved his family and activities! God bless your family Conrad.

  10. Verna and family, I am so sorry to hear about your brother. May you be comforted at this time knowing his Thanksgiving will be spent in the presence of his parents and the Holy Family.

  11. Conrad – I enjoyed the trips we took together these past two summers. I know that there was nothing you enjoyed more than to go home to be with Mom and Dad. I can only imagine the wonderful reunion the three of you had this morning. You’ve made the trip home and are with the ultimate caretaker! Rest in Peace big brother!
