  8. My heartfelt condolence to the Family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss. There are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death. As you cherish the many memories of your dear loved one, Miss Betty, please reflect on the time when sickness, death and mourning will be no more. (Revelations 21:3,4) This is what our loving God Jehovah has promised and Jesus guaranteed the hope of seeing our loved ones again by means of the earthly resurrection. (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 26:19, Psalms 37:10,11) May God’s word bring you comfort during this difficult time and in the days ahead as we await the fulfillment of His promises.

  9. I just read this obituary. I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting and speaking with Betty and Doug and Becky about our shared family genealogy in 2017. Betty was delightful – with a great memory and wonderful stories and photos she willingly shared to help me connect with family members I had only read about. Thanks to her children, I was able to meet her, and for that I will be forever thankful. I am sorry for their great loss as they clearly greatly loved their mom and cared for her willingly and lovingly. Lori Hahn
