These topics are so cofnsuing but this helped me get the job done.
Barker Family, Mona and I send our prayers and sympathy from Iowa City to all of you at this time. My mom was Carolyn (Barker) Ball. We so enjoyed being with your family over the years—especially at the Barker Reunion. God Bless, Terrill and Mona
The Barker family touched me in so many ways over the years. Eddie running the grocery store and being our bus driver; Belle also a bus driver and involved in high school events. Belle also arranged all our flowers at my wedding. And Dr Gerry delivered my youngest son, Ben, 24 years ago. The Barker family was as much a part of Fredericksburg as any, and I will always have many fond memories of them all.
My sympathy on the loss of your loved one. I always enjoyed visiting with her when I was in Fredericksburg. Howard Whitcomb was my father. We were happy that Gale worked on the family history. May God bless you in the days ahead.
Dear Gerry and Maureen, I was blessed to know your mother! She was a sweet lady and I know she will be missed by you and your family. With deepest love and sympathy, Marj
