  2. I’m sorry to hear this about Bill. He was always so good to work with when the Lions had a project at the High School. He always seemed to go above and beyond to help us out, and never complained about being asked for something. He was simply a “Good Guy”, and he will be missed.

  3. The news of Bill’s passing hit pretty hard. He was a good young man and a hard worker. He will be missed by so many! Sending prayers to his family.

  4. When I taught at the high school, Bill was my janitor. Always with a smile and kind word, great work ethic, Bill was the best. You could always count on having a clean room, or where ever he was. He also was a great presence at all sporting events. I am truly saddened by his passing. My sympathies to Bill’s family.

    I was shocked to read of Bill’s passing. When I taught at NHHS, he came into my room to clean and always had a shy smile & demeanor.

  12. Bill was always polite, efficient and a hard worker. When I was a teacher, he always had time for a quick word or joke. He was taken too soon (and only God knows why), and will be missed. Prayers of comfort and peace to his family. May they feel his (His) presence in each day forward.

My sympathys to all the Richter family, When Bill was a young boy he would be helping deliver the Waterloo papers every day with his Mother and Later after his mothers passing with his Dad, always polite an d friendly.
