James LeRoy Boos age 93 of New Hampton passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Whispering Willow Assisted Living in Fredericksburg.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in New Hampton. Interment will follow at the New Hampton City Cemetery with Tyler Boos, Jake Boos, Dylan Boos, Emily Ackerson, Andrea Carroll and Nicole Boots serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim’s great-grandchildren.
Friends may greet the family from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in New Hampton. Visitation continues an hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
