Marian Elaine Burgart age 91 of New Hampton, IA, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Holy Family Parish, New Hampton with Rev. Chris Podhajsky celebrating the Mass.

Interment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in New Hampton with Chad Rausch, Matthew Baldwin, Steven Baldwin, Taylor Burgart, Jenna Kice, and Elyse Desimone serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jessie McGraw, Autumn Schrage, Brian Tenge, Jennifer Hammermaster, Stefanie Morgan, Megan Coppock, Riley Burgart, Karson Crooks, and Kara Crooks.

Friends are invited to greet the family from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2026, at Hugeback – Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory in New Hampton where there will be a 7:00 p.m. parish scripture service. Visitation continues one hour before the Mass at the church on Saturday.
